Step 3: Review & refine
We schedule a second call to walk through your itinerary together. We make any adjustments needed and fine-tune the details until everything feels right.

Step 4: Booking & confirmation
We handle the booking process with you, ensuring everything is secured correctly and aligned with the plan we created.

Step 5: Final preparation
About a month before departure, we connect one last time to make sure everything is in place. You’ll head into your trip feeling prepared, confident, and ready to enjoy it.
