Our Planning Process
Step 1: Initial Consulatation. We schedule a video conference to get to know each other and discuss your vacation plans. We figure out what your ideal vacation would look like and create a rough outline. If you would like to move forward in the process, you would pay the deposit to begin to the process.
Step 2: We create the plan.
Step 3: We schedule a 2nd call to discuss the plan we created. We make the adjustments if neccesary, if not we move forward with the booking. At this point, if everything is done, you pay the remaining balance of our service fees.
Step 4: We book the trip together
Step 5: One month before your departure, we hop on one last call to ensure everything is in order and you are ready for vacation
